Education Supply Chain Resilience: A Power-Aware Strategy for Enabling SDG 4

This article examines how international and bilingual K-12 schools can enhance financial and operational sustainability by applying a power-aware approach to educational supply chain management. It integrates management theory with educational leadership practice to identify how governance structures, resource allocation, and stakeholder relationships influence institutional resilience and equity. By aligning these dynamics with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), the paper proposes a strategic framework to strengthen schools’ capacity to deliver consistent, high-quality learning outcomes in an increasingly complex global environment.
